All product prices displayed on www.moven.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.

7. ORDERS

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, the customer agrees to pay the full amount due at the time of delivery.

MOVEN may contact customers by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify COD orders.

MOVEN reserves the right to cancel or restrict COD availability for customers or orders where there is a history of refused deliveries, fraudulent orders, repeated cancellations, or other circumstances that create a reasonable risk of loss.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

MOVEN will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe communicated during checkout or through our customer service channels.
